Salt – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp

Mix all the above ingredients. Marinate chicken pieces and keep in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours (overnight recommended).
Step – II
Ingredients
All-purpose Flour – 2-3 cups
Garlic powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp (2 tsp for spicy)
Oregano – ½ tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Method
Mix all the above ingredients in step-II. Drain the chicken pieces and coat with the mix. Shake well to remove the excess flour.
For extra crispiness, dip in the water, take out and again cot with flour. Shake well to remove the extra flour. You can see the flakes on the chicken. This can be repeated twice for more crispiness.
Heat oil in a deep pot that can hold 3 pieces and put the chicken into hot oil. After adding the chicken, do not move the chicken for 4-5 minutes. After 4-5 minutes, flip the chicken and fry till golden color.
