iPhone 12 Pro Max Review

This is the biggest iPhone, so naturally it has the biggest display of 6.7”. Since it has the same notch on a bigger screen, the notch feels a bit smaller.

Up to 50% faster CPU and GPU than any other smartphone chip

LiDAR Scanner AR at the speed of light.

Ceramic Shield delivers four times better drop performance.

Scrolling is much better with A14 chip but a higher refresh rate would have been better.

It also has the biggest battery which has an amazing standby time and can last a full day with 7-8 screen on time.

The question is: If the 12 Pro Max is worth the upgrade for the cameras. The Simple answer is no.

But there are special specs that are only available on the 12 Pro Max. Like the 47% larger camera sensor, Sensor Shift Stabilization instead of Lens-based Stabilization and an all-new 2.5X Telephoto lens.

But with the larger sensor you may think you can take better Night-Mode shots and with Sensor Shift Stabilization you do not have to hold as steadily as before. But you can’t.

But you can still take photos in Dolby Vision HDR. The problem is that there is no major difference that you can see. But you can only see the difference in night mode shots only.

And now Portrait Mode is also available in 2.5X as well as 1X. When you look at other brands there are way more option like 100X zoom, Gimbal Mode Stabilization, etc. But, if you’re looking just for basic good quality 4K video, it’s quite what you’re looking for.

Available in four Colors – Pacific Blue, Gold, Silver, and Graphite
